Hey Everyone
In this home quarantine, everyone is staying at home only. Apart from regular meals like breakfast lunch and dinner, we crave for something to eat all the time. But we can't eat snacks which are fried in oil every day. Here I am sharing healthy no oil Snack recipe.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

1. Gram Flour- 1 cup
2. Semolina/ Rava- 1/2 cup
3. Salt- 1 TSP
4. Cumin Seeds- 1 TSP
5. Red Chilli Powder- 1 TSP
6. Turmeric Powder- 1/4 TSP
7. Coriander Powder- 1 TSP
8. Chopped Green Chillies- 1 TSP
9. Chopped Coriander Leaves- Few
10. Chopped Onions- 1/2 cup
11. Fresh Curd- 2 TSP

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Take a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of gram flour, half a cup of semolina, salt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

2. Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves. Also, add 2 tsp of fresh curd.

3. Add little water and mix all the ingredients together. Prepare the thick batter.


4. Randomly take small-sized batter. 

5. Fry it in hot Tawa for 5 minutes over low medium flame. Till it becomes crisp and crunch.

Serve hot this healthy snack with a cup of tea.
