INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
- 10 to 15 Bhindi/ Okra, 3 inches chopped
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt- as per taste
- 1 Tbsp of Oil
QUICK LOOK OF RECIPE:
- Add oil, chopped bhindi and saute until crisp.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt. Saute and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot crispy bhindi fry with roti/ chapati etc...
HOW TO MAKE:
(STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE WITH PHOTOS)
1. Heat oil in a wide pan, add bhindi.
2. Saute for 5 minutes until it becomes crisp.
3. Add Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder and salt as per taste.
4. Roast it for few more minutes. Serve hot with Chapati/ Roti etc..
