(STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE WITH PHOTOS)
PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
1. OYSTER MUSHROOM- 1 CUP
2. RICE FLOUR- 3 TSP
3. MAIDA FLOUR- 1 TSP
4. RED CHILLI POWDER- 1 TSP
5. SALT-1 TSP
6. BLACK PEPPER POWDER-1 TSP
7. OIL FOR DEEP FRY
PROCEDURE:
STEP 1:
1. Add 1 cup of oyster mushroom, rice flour, maida flour, red chilli powder, salt and black pepper powder.
STEP 2:
1. Mix everything well to make a dough if needed you can sprinkle few tsp of water. I did not use any water, moisture from veggies was sufficient to make a dough.
STEP 3:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Take small portions of this dough, Drop in hot oil, keep stirring for even frying for few minutes.
Serve Mushroom pakoda with sauce.
