HOW TO MAKE:

1. Take all the ingredients mentioned above and keep it for sunlight for one whole day. Make sure that the chillies are dried enough, otherwise you will not get fine masala powder.

3. Saute half a cup of byadgi dry red chillies in pan over a medium flame. Remove it to a plate.

4. Saute remaining ingredients for few minutes separately and remove them to a plate. But be careful while doing this process for turmeric ( 30 sec is enough ), otherwise masala powder colour varies. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
