INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
1. OIL- 3 TSP
2. CHOPPED MIXED VEGETABLES (CARROT, CABBAGE AND CAPSICUM)- 1 CUP
3. BOILED RICE- 1 CUP
4. CHOPPED ONIONS

5. SCHEZWAN SAUCE- 2 TSP

PROCEDURE:
STEP 1 :
1. Heat 3 tsp of oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion and saute it for few minutes. Then add mixed vegetables (carrot, cabbage and capsicum) and saute it for 5 minutes.
STEP 2:
1. Add 1 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of schezwan sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 3:
1. Add a bowl of boiled rice and mix well together. Make sure rice coated well with the sauce.
Ready to serve
