CRUSHED PEANUT CHIKKI | PEANUT BURFI | PEANUT CHIKKI |


PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

1. GHEE- 1 TSP
2. JAGGERY- 1 CUP
3. PEANUTS- 1.5 CUP

HOW TO MAKE

STEP 1:


1. Fry peanuts in a pan on medium flame for 5 minutes.

STEP 2:


1. Let it cool down, Remove its skin and break them into halfs.

STEP 3:


1. Transfer them into a mixer and grind into a course powder.

STEP 4:


1. Heat a pan, add Jaggery and 3 tsp of water. Stir continuously on medium low flame.

STEP 5:


1. When Jaggery dissolves, add a tsp of ghee.

STEP 6:


1. Stir and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

STEP 7:


1. Add grounded peanut powder. Give it a good mix.

STEP 8:


1. Pour mixture over greased plate.

STEP 9:


1. Tap the mixture flat, cut into pieces.

STEP 10:


1. Let it cool down completely and break it into pieces.


Store it in airtight container and enjoy whenever you want.
