PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
1. OIL- 4 TSP
2. EGG- 2 NO.
3. CHOPPED ONIONS- 1 CUP
4. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES- 2 TO 3 NO.
5. DARK SOYA SAUCE- 1 TSP
6. SALT- 1 TSP
7. PEPPER POWDER- 1 TSP
8. COOKED RICE- 2 CUPS
9. CHOPPED CARROTS- 1 CUP
HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE
STEP 1:
1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Break the eggs and add them to the pan.
STEP 2:
1. Saute it for 2 minutes and prepare scrambled egg.
STEP 3:
1. Remove the eggs to a plate.
STEP 4:
1. Heat remaining 2 tsp of oil in the same pan. Add green chillies, chopped onions and carrot, Fry on a high flame till they are almost cooked.
STEP 5:
1. Lower the flame to low. Add cooked rice, salt, pepper powder, soya sauce and scrambled egg.
STEP 6:
1. Mix everything well. Stir and fry for a minute.
Serve egg fried rice hot.
