EGG YIPPEE NOODLES RECIPE (STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE WITH PHOTOS)
PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
1. OIL- 2 TSP
2. CHOPPED ONIONS- 1 CUP
3. CHOPPED TOMATOES- 1/2 CUP
3. SALT- 1 TSP
4. RED CHILLI POWDER- 1 TSP
5. CORIANDER POWDER- 1/2 TSP
6. GARAM MASALA POWDER- 1/2 TSP
7. EGGS- 3 NO.
8. YIPPEE NOODLES- 2 PACK
9. YIPPEE NOODLES POWDER- 2 PACK
10. CORIANDER LEAVES- FEW
HOW TO MAKE
STEP 1:
1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Add 1 cup of chopped onions, and saute it till it become translucent. Then add 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes and saute it for 2 minutes.
STEP 2:
1. Add all the spice masala powders (Red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt as per your taste). And saute it for few seconds.
STEP 3:
1. Add beaten eggs and saute it for 2 minutes.
STEP 4:
1. Transfer scrambles eggs into a plate, and keep it aside.
STEP 5:
1. Then to the same pan, add 3 cups of water and let it boil for 2 minutes. Then add 2 packs of yippee masala powder.
STEP 6:
1. When it is boiling, add yippee noodles.
STEP 7:
1. Saute and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 8:
1. Lastly add chopped coriande leaves and 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder and give it a good mix.
