PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

1. RAAGI FLOUR- 2 CUPS
2. RICE FLOUR- 1/2 CUP
3. RAVA/ SEMOLINA- 1/2 CUP
4. CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES- 2 TSP
5. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES-1 TSP
6. FRESH CURD- 2 TSP
7. SALT- 1 TSP
8. CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP

HOW TO MAKE:

STEP 1:


1. In a Mixing bowl, add Raagi flour, Rice flour, Semolina, Chopped Onions, chopped coriander leaves, Cumin seeds, Chopped green chillies, fresh curd and salt.

STEP 2:


1. Mix well to form a lump free flour.

STEP 3:


1. Add 2 cups of water and give it a good mix.

STEP 4:


1. Again add water as required and prepare a flowing consistency batter.

STEP 5:


1. Sprinkle/ Spread a TSP of oil over hot tawa.

STEP 6:


1. Now just pour the batter over hot tawa.

STEP 7:


1. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then flip over and roasts to crisp and golden brown.

STEP 8:


1. Serve Hot Instant Raagi Dosa with Coconut Chutney.
