PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
MARINATION TIME: 60 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
1. FISH- 6 PIECES
2. SALT- 1 TSP
3. RED CHILLI POWDER- 2 TSP
4. CORIANDER POWDER- 1 TSP
5. GARAM MASALA POWDER- 1 TSP
6. TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 TSP
7. HALF LEMON JUICE
8. OIL FOR SHALLOW FRY
9. RICE FLOUR- 1 TSP
10. GINGER GARLIC PASTE- 1 TSP
HOW TO MAKE:
1. In a mixing bowl, add a tsp of salt, red chilli powder, garam, masala powder, coriander powder, rice flour, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.
2. Add little water and make a thick paste so that masala paste sticks to fish pieces properly.
3. Gently massage masala paste to a both the sides of the fish pieces. Make sure that the fish pieces are coated well with the masala paste. lastly add lemon juice and marinate it for atleast 1 hour.
4. After a hour, Heat around 2 tsps of oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces one by one. Don't forget to add oil in between wile frying other wise fish pieces will stick to the pan.
5. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes in low flame and 5 minutes in high flame.
Serve hot with a piece of lemon.
