How To Prepare Crispy Maddur Vada | Maddur Vade Recipe| Easy Snack Recipe |

    If you have gone through Mysore to Bangalore in a train, I am sure you know about this Maddur Vada. 

    Rainy days, Standing inside the train without getting a seat, thinking like how cruel is this world ha ha!!!
 But, what brings me to feel happy is the aroma of maddur vada. And ultimately, getting a chance to bite this super tasty maddur vada.

Now let's dive into the recipe.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients Required:

1. Rava/ Semolina- 1.5 cup
2. Maida- 1 cup
3. Rice Flour- 1/2 cup
4. Salt- 1 tsp
5. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
6. Hing- 1/4 tsp
7. Chopped onions- 1 cup
8. Chopped green chillies- 1 tsp
9. Chopped curry leaves- few
10. Oil for deep fry

How To Make:

1. In a mixing bowl add Rava, maida, rice flour, red chilli powder, hing and salt. Give it a good mix.


2. Also, add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves. Mix all concurrently.


3. Then add little water as needed and prepare a soft dough. Keep it for 15 minutes. 


4. Take a small round shaped dough and place it in the middle of the presser greased inside with little oil, Slight press and bring basically vada shape.
Or else Use whichever process you want to prepare vada.


5. Heat enough oil for deep fry over a medium flame. Deep fry it in batches.


6. Cook until it becomes crispy outside and soft inside.

Now the crispy and crunchy maddur vada is ready to eat.
