1. Boneless chicken- 300 grams

4. Red chilli powder- 1.5 tsp ( Buy: https://amzn.to/30UyWI5 )
5. Coriander powder- 1 tsp ( Buy: https://amzn.to/2P65RUo )
6. Garam masala powder- 2 tsp
7. Oil- 5 tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/3jUwCt9)
8. Chopped onions- 1 no.
9. Chopped green chillies- 1 no.
10. Chopped coriander leaves
11. Lemon juice- 1 tsp
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Take a mixing bowl, add boneless chicken, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
2. Mix all together and make sure that masala powders are coated well with the chicken pieces. And rest it for at least 10 minutes.
3. Heat around 5 tsp of oil in a pan, add chopped onions and green chillies.
4. Saute until onions become slightly golden brown.
5. Then add the previously marinated chicken.
7. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
8. After 10 minutes, open the lid if the chicken wasn't cooked properly, close again and cook for 5 minutes.
10. Now transfer fried chicken into a serving plate.
11. Serve hot with the piece of lemon and slice of onion.
12. Now enjoy juicy mouthwatering chicken dry roast.
