INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
1. Oil- 8 tsp
2. Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
3. Dry red chilli- 2 to 3 no.
4. Curry leaves- few
5. Chopped brinjal- 1 cup
6. Homemade vaangibath powder- 1/2 cup
7. Salt- as per your taste
8. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
9. Cooked rice- 1 cup
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chilli and curry leaves. Let it splutter for a few seconds.
