CHICKEN DRUMSTICK WITH MINT CHUTNEY | CHICKEN LEG PIECE RECIPE |

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
FOR CHICKEN DRUMSTICK
1. CHICKEN DRUMSTICK- 5 NO.
2. SALT- 2 TSP
3. RED CHILLI POWDER- 2 TSP
4. LEMON- 1 NO.
5. CURD- 1/2 CUP
6. GARAM MASALA POWDER- 1 TSP
7. GINGER GARLIC PASTE- 1 TSP
8. CRUSHED KASOORI METHI- 2 TSP
9. OIL FOR SHALLOW FRY
FOR MINT CHUTNEY:
1. CUMIN SEEDS- 1/2 TSP
2. HANDFUL OF MINT LEAVES
3. CORIANDER LEAVES- FEW
4. GREEN CHILLIES- 2 NO.
5. SALT- 1/2 TSP
6. GARLIC- FEW
7. FRESH CURD- 2 TSP
STEP 1:
1. Make slits in the drumsticks. so the marinade can penetrate the meat. Add salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice. Massage well and keep it aside.
STEP 2:
1. Take a bowl and add curd, salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, crushed kasoori methi and garam masala powder. Mix well and make a thick paste.
STEP 3:
1. Place the drumsticks in a plate or large bowl and pour the curd paste over top. Toss the drumsticks and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 4:
1. Heat oil for shallow fry, cook chicken for 2 minutes.
STEP 5:
1. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes, Don't forgot to flip over for every 2 minutes.
1. Cooked well and ready to serve.
FOR MINT CHUTNEY
1. Take a Mixing jar, Add Cumin seeds, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, green chilli and curd.
1. Grind them into a fine paste and the mint chutney is ready
1. Serve chicken drumsticks with mint serve.
