KHARA BOONDI RECIPE | BOONDI RECIPE | EASY SNACK RECIPE |

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

FOR BATTER

1. Gram flour- 2 cups
2. Salt- Pinch

FOR KHARA BOONDI

1. Oil- 2 tsp
2. Roasted chana- 1 tsp
3. Peanuts- 1 tsp
4. Crushed garlic- few
5. Salt- 1 tsp
6. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
7. Curry leaves- few
8. Fried poha- 1/2 cup 

HOW TO MAKE

1. Take a mixing bowl, add gram flour and a pinch of salt.



2. Add enough water to prepare the batter.

3. Heat oil for deep fry, when oil is hot place perforated spoon above the hot oil. With a spoon take a batter on the perforated spoon. 

4. Spread the batter in circular shape with a spoon.

5. Deep fry it for 2 minutes. Remove with a strainer. Keep it aside.

6. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic and saute it for few seconds. Then add peanuts, roasted chana, curry leaves. Saute it for 2 minutes over a low flame.

7. Add previously fried poha, boondi, salt and red chilli powder. Give it a good mix.

8. Now the Crunchy Khara (spicy) boondi is ready to serve.


9. Store it in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you want.
