INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
- 1 Cup of Wheat flour
- 3 Tablespoons Semolina/ Rava
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Tablespoon of Curd
- 1/2 Tablespoon Cumin seeds
QUICK LOOK OF RECIPE:
- Mix wheat flour, semolina, sugar, curd, salt, cumin seeds in a mixing bowl.
- Pour enough water and prepare watery consistency batter
- Grease the hot Tawa using oil
- Pour batter in a circular shape and roast both the sides for 2 minutes.
- Enjoy the recipe with Chutney and Aloo Palya
HOW TO MAKE:
(STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE WITH PHOTOS)
1. Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, Rava, curd, sugar, cumin seeds and salt.
2. Give it a good mix.
3. Pour enough water and mix well.
4. Add more water and prepare watery consistency batter. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
5. Heat a Tawa over a high flame, uniformly spread oil on a Tawa.
6. Pour batter in a circular shape.
7. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes both the sides over medium flame.
8. Cook until dosa becomes crispy in texture.
9. Ready to serve.
SERVING IDEAS:
Serve hot along with the Chutney and Aloo Palya
