2. Roughly chop the white part of the coconut anyway we are going to grind it.

3. Transfer all coconut pieces and add water

4. Blend well until coconut is ground well for 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Take a soft cotton cloth and place it inside the bowl.

6. Pour grounded puree into the bowl.

7. Grab and fold cloth altogether and bring them to the centre.

8. Press and squeeze for 2 to 3 minutes and extract all the milk.

9. You can extract more milk by repeating the process by using shredded coconut that has been left from the first extraction. Add a little more water if you doing again.

10. Now the coconut milk is ready to use.

HOW TO USE:
Use coconut milk to prepare coconut rice or even in some Indian desserts, sweets and payasam.
