INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

  • 3 Tablespoons of Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 Capsicum, lengthwise chopped (1 inch)
  • 2 Beaten eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Dark soya sauce
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt- as per taste

QUICK LOOK OF RECIPE:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add soya sauce, cooked rice, salt as per taste and give it a good mix.
  • Lastly add cooked rice, garam masala and give it a good mix.
  • Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes over a low flame.
  • After 2 minutes enjoy the recipe.

HOW TO MAKE:

(STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE WITH PHOTOS)

1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and saute for 2 minutes until onions become translucent.


2. Add Capsicum and saute for a few minutes.


3. Add beaten egg and saute for 2 minutes. Then add dark soya sauce and salt as per your taste. Give them a good mix.


4. Add Cooked rice and Garam masala.


5. Give them a good mix.


6. Cover the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes over low flame.


7. After 2 minutes enjoy the recipe.
