INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
For Scrambled Egg:
- Oil- 2 tablespoons
- Egg- 2 no.
Other Ingredients:
- Oil- 2 tablespoons
- 1 Whole Garlic, Finley chopped
- 1/2 inch Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 Medium size Onion, lengthwise chopped
- 1/2 cup cabbage, lengthwise chopped
- Yellow Capsicum, lengthwise chopped
- Green Capsicum, lengthwise chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Dark soya sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Red chilli powder
- Salt, as per your taste
- 1 Pack of Yippee
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
QUICK LOOK OF RECIPE:
- Heat oil in a pan, add eggs, salt and saute for few minutes. Prepare scrambled egg.
- Heat oil in the same pan, add ginger, garlic, onions, cabbage and capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, red chilli powder and mix well
- Add water, yippee, yippee masala and cook for 5 minutes.
- Lastly add garam masala, scrambled egg and mix well.
HOW TO MAKE:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add eggs and salt.
2. Saute for a few minutes and prepare scrambled eggs.
3. Remove it to a plate.
4. Heat oil in the same pan, add ginger, garlic, onions, cabbage. Saute for 2 minutes.
5. Add Soya sauce, Vinegar and mix well.
6. Add Res chilli powder, salt, yippee masala and mix well.
7. Add a cup of water and yippee noodles.
8. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium flame.
9. After 5 minutes, add Garam masala.
10. Lastly, add a scrambled egg.
11. Give it a good toss. and enjoy the recipe.
