- Half Carrot, grated
- 1/4th cup Cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Pomegranate

1. Firstly take a large mixing bowl, add sprouted moong dal, onions, carrot, cucumber, pomegranate.
2. Here I am adding salt and pepper powder for seasoning, Along with this, you can add whichever seasonings you like.
3. Mix all the ingredients together and prepare the salad.

- Along with Moong dal sprouts, you can add Bengal sprout, chickpea sprouts etc...
- Soak Moong Dal in a bowl for overnight in room temperature.
- Next-day Morning, Drain off the water and rest till evening
