INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

FOR MARINATION
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 100 grams of paneer, cubes
OTHER INGREDIENTS
  • 5 Tbsp of Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1 Carrot, lengthwise chopped
  • 1/2 Capsicum, lengthwise chopped
  • Cabbage, lengthwise chopped
  • Salt- as per taste
  • 1 Tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1 Tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 Cup of Cooked rice

QUICK LOOK OF RECIPE:

  • Add Tomato Sauce, Red chilli sauce, Salt, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, cubed paneer and mix well. Rest it for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add marinated paneer and saute for a few minutes. Keep it aside.
  • Heat 3 to 4 tbsp of oil in a pan, add chopped onions, green chillies, chopped carrot, capsicum, cabbage and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce. also add Coriander powder, Red chilli powder, Garam masala and salt as per taste. Saute for a few seconds.
  • Add previously fried paneer and a cup of boiled rice and mix well. Enjoy the recipe.

HOW TO MAKE:

(STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE WITH PHOTOS)

1. Add Tomato Sauce, Red chilli sauce, Salt, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder in a mixing bowl.


2. Add cubes of paneer and coat paneer well with the paste. Rest it for 10 to 15 minutes.


3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add marinated paneer and saute for few minutes. Keep it aside.


4. Heat 3 to 4 tbsp of oil in a pan, add chopped onions, green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.


5. Add chopped carrot, capsicum, cabbage. Saute and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.


6. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce. Give it a good mix.


7. Add Coriander powder, Red chilli powder, Garam masala and salt as per taste. Saute for a few seconds.


8. Add previously fried paneer and mix well.


9. Add a cup of boiled rice and mix well. Enjoy the recipe.
