- 1 Cup of Peanuts
- 1 medium-size Onions, chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 Small bunch Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Half lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon Red chilli powder
- Salt- as per your taste
QUICK LOOK OF RECIPE:
- Saute a cup of peanuts in a pan until it starts peeling skin.
- Remove the peanut skin and transfer them into a mixing bowl.
- Add onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and salt as per your taste.
- Give it a good mix and enjoy the recipe.
HOW TO MAKE:
(STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE WITH PHOTOS)
1. Take a cup of peanuts in a pan and saute it for 5 minutes on medium-high flame.
2. Press and drag the peanuts by using a spatula.
3. Remove the skin and make it halves.
4. Transfer into mixing bowl.
5. Add onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice, red chilli powder and salt as per taste.
6. Give it a good mix and enjoy the recipe.
